The mission of the dean's Staff Advisory Committee is to act as liaison between staff and the dean serving as a bridge for communication on all issues dealing with staff policy, welfare and goals. All new initiatives developed by the Staff Advisory Committee at the request of the dean or the staff must be approved and implemented by the dean. In every deliberation of the Staff Advisory Committee, primary consideration will be given to proper methods of communication and implementation strategies to benefit both the staff and administration.
