You are cordially invited to attend the 40th-year Wallops Reunion to be held November 3-5, 2017 at the Chincoteague Bay Field Station, Wallops Island, VA.
Mark your calendars, book your travel arrangements, and come join your peers on a walk down memory lane. Penn State faculty will lead a field trip to some coastal sites of geologic interest that are guaranteed to bring back fond (or frightening) memories—northern Wallops Island, Assateague foreshore, and maybe even the famously disappearing Assawoman Inlet.
All expenses will be covered by a subsidy from the Department of Geosciences with the exception of travel and the Saturday evening dinner.
Accommodations will be “on campus” and transportation from BWI will be provided by Penn State. Departure times from the airport to Wallops Island will be based on arrivals. Please let us know your flight details if you need transportation
To RSVP, please complete and submit the reservation form below by September 30, 2017. Reservations are now CLOSED.
If you have any questions, please email Nicole Stocks at nms13@psu.edu.
